Hey Peeps. Long time no update from me eyh?Not gonna type much and as usual lah..let the pictures do the talking.

Mum and dad spent a night in the farm on Friday night so i was home alone for Friday night. Basically spent the night home coz i need to get some inventory done. Kinda stressful coz I have start from the beggining as the inventory hasnt been updated for a year and the current stock doesnt tally with the inventory.

As for yesterday,I got the Steel braided hose and Mythelogy crank pulley installed.

Owh yea, Mum and dad was suppose to come back on Sunday but they came back yesterday because Big Bro came back from Long San and dad got injured badly at the farm. Dunno how he got the injury but from wht he told me, He was trying to run a way from the rain at a friends house,fell down and bumped his head on a Pajero side step. Hence the two cuts and the blue eye. Kasian him.

The second cut is the worst one. And this morning, he kena gout pulak. Left leg swollen. Pity dad. Owh yea.. His birthday coming up this Sunday. 25th.

Since my dad kena gout, I have to drove him to our plantation because he made an apointment with the contractor today. Somehow i feel like this contractor is trying to cheat us. Suruh bikin jalan... He did it.. but the thing is, the road is too steep. He thinks everyone drives an excavator izzit? A few snapshots of our plantation. Just started this year. Just planted the oil palm a few weeks ago. Trees planted so far is about 1000 trees.

After the visit to out Oil plam plantation, we drove to our other land. Checking out the other contractor. Uncle Dennis drove the excavator so he did a good job. Dad planned to buy one excavator because it will come in handy in farm work.

I think my house is turning into a Zoo. two days ago, one of my dogs gave birth to 3 puppies.

Ok, thats it. Now back to the inventory shit. Auditors wants it tomorrow.

Missing In Action.

Hello people!Sorry I've been missing in action for quite sometimes. Barely have time to blog these days. Just a short update so that u guys know that I'm still alive.Hahahaha. As if la anyone care kan?

Done quite a lot for the car lately. Changed new rims, Got the Ultra Racing 3 point front bar and yesterday installed HID for the high beam for my car. Don't worry, I'm only gonna use it if u guys simply overtake me and drive like kanasai. Hehe. Actually i wanted to install in on my fog lights because the fog light is shit. Useless. Not bright at all. But the bulb cant fit in the casing so i opt to put it in the hi beam because its shit as well. I'll be expecting my steel braided hose and mythology crank pully sometime this week. I thought about putting Pipercam 270 in the car but so far I've yet to read any reviews on it. Im considering Matspeed cams as well. Any reviews on this?hihi.. If u ask me why don't i change the engine? Well, maybe in the near future la. For now im happy with the puny 1.3cc. Minyak pun jimat.hahahaha.

Quick review on what I've been up too, Weekdays, Work and Limteh sessions with friends. Weekends,most of it spent with friends,family and the beloved girlfriend.Bah. Lets go Bintulu next weekend.hahahaha. I know somebody went to Bintulu yesterday(dunno if she's reading this or not la.)

Owh ya... I got a baby fox as a pet now. got it from the farm about two weeks ago. Dad and I set a trap for squirrels that has been terrorising the farm but too bad this baby fox got in. This is the second fox we got from the farm. Wanted to let it free but these animals are evil....We waited months for the trees to bear fruits and they just makan free jak. Eat till the whole tree become botak summore. At least la leave some for us humans. So we took the fox back to Miri and called him Joe.

Last weekend, My dad and I wanted to transfer Joe to a bigger cage but when we were about to transfer him to the bigger cage, He slipped through and ran away. Slipped through the neighbour fences and after that dunno where he went. My dad and I was pretty much frustrated thinking that we'll never see him again but when my dog Dot saw the cage on the floor and the door open, she straight away start sniffing around and she followed the exact same route that Joe did. Not long after that, my other dogs start going crazy and konon nya launch a search and rescue operation. Ugam even tried to climb the fence summore. Never thought that Ugam can climb that high. Hihihi..

So i took my dog to the alley near my house and they start sniffing around. Not long after that, we found Joe hiding behind a neighbour's house underneath the lemongrass tree. So my dad and i start calling friends and people around asking whose house was that. Turns out to be Mr Sparrow Lim's house. they wasn't around to so we called friends asking for their numbers. Soon i got hold of the house number and gave them a call. they were in town that time so we went back home and waited for them to come home. Long story short, we got Joe back. Owh well, i guess that's it for now la. Gonna post some random pictures to end the blog.

16" baby.

Hello Peeps. almost one month i didnt update hoh? Busy with work la. Kinda tiring but i dont mind getting tired doing the things that i enjoy doing.

So yeha. Like the title says, Im rolling on 16" now. Finally i manage to get it.Took me a while to save up till there. Thanks to people around me who contribute as well.

My Silverstone M5 (dont buy this tyres. No grip at all) and my BF Goodrich(good tyres.recommended). The M5 is used for almost 10 months and the BF Goodrich was used for about 6 months. Sayang the tyres.
New wheels already on. Wanted to get EP tyres a try but oni left 2 units of those. In the end got Nangkang. Very quite tyres tho. Actually i wanna put BF Goodrich on this set of wheels but the dealer for BF Goodrich said there's no stock for 205/45/R16. Michelin got la. But who wanna buy when the tyres cost RM400 per piece? No doubt its good tyres but cmmon la. Overprice la.

1st Day of work With The New Company.

Today was my first official day working as a Curtin Staff. Arrived at campus around 750am and received a call from Micheal asking me to report to HR department. So after i parked my car, went off to AL building for briefing. I thought i was the only one reporting in for duty today. Guess i was wrong. There's another new lecturer reporting in as well. Manage to chit chat with her for a while. Teaching geology.

So Micheal gave us some forms to fill in and brief us on how the procedures and stuff. After that took a short tour through the campus. Although I've been working in the campus grounds for one year plus, there's a lot of places where I've never been to. So after the short tour, they drop me off at my new office which is at the ICT Department. Made a short introduction with the ICT staff. Well, I know most of them already so it was a quick one. Set up my PC and my email (with Keegan's help of course. I still need to familiarize myself with the system.) and not long after that, we headed to AL building again to get the Van. 1st assignment of the day was moving the old PC from RC2 to ME. Lucky got the student helpers to help us out and by lunch time, everything was done already.

Went to Pak Cik Wan for lunch with Keegan and Ahmad. Kim joined us later after that. After lunch, went back to the office and relax for awhile. Not long after that, went out again for a short tour with Keegan. So for the time being I have a rough idea of what my job scope and what i should do la. After that, went to GP building to get my car sticker and right after that, we moved more PCs from GP3 t GP1. Walking around campus is tiring. especially with you have to move back and fourth from GP3 to GP1 and back again for 3 times. Thank you to whoever invented the trolley. Hahahaha.

Done with deploying the PC at GP building, went back to RC2 to deploy the new PCs. The new PCs at RC2 is super cool. The specs for the PCs oso not bad. Deployed about 42 units of PC there and around 430pm, everything was completed already. Took a short "cigarette" break and went back to the office after that. Got my access card and everything ready la. Had a short meeting with my new boss, Mr Jamie and he brief me on what i need to know la. And finally at 530pm, went back home.

It was a tiring day but yeah i had fun. This is wat i call work.

And yeah. Currently saving to get new shoes for my car. Hopefully can save enough money to get them by x-mas (xmas/bday present for myself). After that might wanna consider to change engine.

Resignation.

Today,21st July 2009, I went to the main office to submit my resignation letter to my boss. If you have been following my blog, then you would know why.

Yeap.. I got the job. Curtin HR called me on Monday asking me to check my email. I was about to pack my stuff and go home for the day but yeah. Still managed to turn on the laptop and read the email. Hihihi.. Although I need to reimburse my current employer because of the the short notice (im suppose to give one month notice but i only manage to give 19 days) but yeah.. Im still happy.

June and July.

Wow. Its been quite a long time since i last updated this blog.Been to alot of new places and do new things. So yeah. Beware of the long post yah.

As i mentioned in my prvious post, I went to Brunei with Keegan and my girlfriend.It was fun. Met Kevin and Cynthia there and just jalan2 around Brunei. It was a day trip so we ent in the morning and came back by night.Acter coming back from Brunei, went limteh at 99cafe.

Fabian and Apeal was around during that period and went out with them a couple of times. Well, Apeal moved to a new house at Hilltop Garden so helped him moved his things around. The pictures below was taken the night before Ian went back to Shah Alam.

Apart from all the fun with friends, we had fun at work as well. As we all know, the Swine Flu virus is still lingering around so just to be safe, we wore mask to work. (well actually, our accountant just came back from Hong Kong ans somehow one of the passenger was infected by the virus)

Apart from that, we celebrated Kim's bday at Marina Seahorse Bistro 2. the pizza there was really cheap. RM 10 for the Mini and RM20 for the regular size. And the best part was, it tasted relly good.

We ordred 3 regular size pizza to cater for 8 person. Big eaters bah.

The cake was nice but i was too ful to eat it. So in the end, Kegs ate my part of the cake.

So after the bday celebration, all of us proceed to Esplanade. Except for Kim la. She went back after that. Lama ady we all no lepak at Esplanade. We all lepak there till 1 or 2 something la. Byk topic to talk about.

On Tuesday last week, I received a phone call from Curtin. At first i thougt it was Mary from the bookshop but when i answered the call, the lady introduced herself as Sylvia from the HR department. I was quite shocked coz I wasnt expecting any calls from them that soon. So yeah.I was short listed for the interview. That phone call made me had butterflies in my tummy until the actual day of the interview. I recieved the call on Tuesday and the interview was only held last Friday.

On the same day that i gotthe call, it was the same day that the new hilux came. Owh ya, we sold our old hilux to get the new one.

So yeah, the actual date of the interview arrived. Man i was nervous. Had lunch with Kegs and Ahmad and at the same time asked some tips from them. Around 2pm, went in for the interview. There were 3 os us and I was the 2nd one to be interview. The interview was ok but i knew i can do better then that. I was so nervous that time because the ICT manager looked strict but thanks to the ICT HOD, Miss Mega, she made some jokes and that managed to loosen up the tension abit. After the interview, I went back home and changed. Not long after that,I was on my way to Julian's place. Both of us wanted to go to Marudi to get some stuff from his uncle. That was my first time going to Marudi. Left Miri around 4pm and it took us about 2 hours drive along plantation and timber road. Reached Marudi around 6 plus and went straight to his uncle place. Around 620pm, Julian and I was kinda hungry. So go makan mee Marudi 1st. And around 635pm, we were already on our 2 hours drive back.

The funny part was when both of us stopped at the 1st ferry, I saw one Ninja King infornt of us but I didnt care much about it. So i was smoking when i suddenly heard someone calling my name. I was wondering who could that be. As far as i know, I dont know anyone from Marudi and that was my 1st time going there. Skali tingok, It was Julian Abun. He was on his way to Marudi as well. So chit chat for a while while waiting for the ferry. The ferry charges was RM15 per trip and we had to pass 2 ferries. So back and fourth there's 4 trips and there goes RM60. So me and Julian arrived in Miri around 8 something. Went straight for Limteh sessions at Chili Peppers. around 12 something then came back home.

As for today, Went to our new land in Beraya. took the new hilux for a drive there. It has not been driven out since we got it. Baru yesterday then bring it out for a drive and dad took it to install some stuff.

On this land we dicided to plant oil plams and rubber tree. Hence all the terrace on the hills. Kinda guilty for contributing to global warming tho. In this picture is only one quater of the land. the other half of our land was still in progress of making the terrace and acess roads.

So yeah. That was basicallly it. Wish me luck that i got the job and to Johann, Congrats to u. Exxon bah.

Long Due Update.

Hello peeps. Its been a month plus since i last updated the blog. Kinda busy with tons of things lately and just couldnt get in the mood to blog. So today im trying to get in the mood la. Plus its a Friday. By next weeks im gonna be back at the main office. So yeah. Have to work on Saturdays.

So what am i up to lately? Well, here are some highlight of the month.

~ Had a BBQ at my house on Gawai Eve, friends came over,plenty of food,beer,softdrinks and a Bottle of Chivas Sponsored by Keegan.Karen got drunk that night. 1st day of gawai spent with my cousin at their place in Taman Tunku, went visiting to James's place and some other friends la. 2nd day was spent with my aunty and uncle. 3rd day of Gawai, Im back at work.hahahaha.

~ Got my stitches removed on the 3rd of June. One of the stitch came off earlier tho.

~ Went hiking at Canada Hill and it almost killed me. Ok la..I was lying. I almost killed myself. I ran out of breath ok. Shows how unhealthy i am. Shud excercis more. So i guess its time to rebuild my bike again.Stamina very low already. Apart from the uncountable Lim Teh sessions with friends,thats basically about it la.

Owh ya, I got my old disk brakes skimmed yesterday. Seems that my current disk are bent. Got the wheels balanced and did the car alignment last monday and steering still shaking. Maybe monday before i go to work, I'll just drop by Sin Thai Hin and ask them to chance the disk. I have a feeling that the rear brake drums oso slightly bent. But dunno la. Ask the mechanic to check for me. Apart from that, I need to change my car beltings and my clutch lining.
